Soya is a magical grain which was cultivated centuries ago and gradually its cultivation spread in other countries. Soya has been Asian people’s food for centuries. The main soya producers are US, Brazil, Argentina, China, India, Paraguay, Canada, Bolivia and Italy respectively. Soya is a plant which has full-branch stems with sharp leaves whose fruit is similar to bean which has 3 to 5 grains in each of its pod. The color of soya grain is different based on its type and it is found in yellow, white, black and grey.
