Zar research groups and industrial development in the 21th National fair of Food Science
the 21th National fair of Food Science Zar department of Industrial Development and Research in sponsorship and presentation was held at the University of Shiraz .The objective of the fair was exchange of information and talk and show the new findings.
According of the report, once again, our practical support of research in the food industry as well . Meanwhile, Zar research group has a lot of paper and poster in the different fairs and universities.
It is worth mentioning that this conference, was about food chemistry, microbiology, nanotechnology, and essential oils, meat and fish, and cereal technology with a large number of academics, and professionals and activists. Ms. Haniyeh Sadegi , expert quality control of Zar Macaron , delivered a fantastic paper about “Product bioemotion, to extract by using magnet-nono particles way and research about stability and tensing of dough ” which successful in the ceremony.
It should be noted that the main focus of the conference included : new methods for processing and storing food, nanotechnology and nanobiotechnology in food technology , food microbiology and biotechnology , functional foods , probiotics and prebiotic chemistry, food and food additives health and food quality control , optimization of food waste , food designed for patients , babies and the elderly , food designed for specific missions like military space and other new research in the field of Food Science and Technology .
