Zar group's innovative proposals were elected in the presidency festival of "from science to practice" (Elm ta Amal). The scientific accomplishments of Zar knowledge-based research center were elected in the presidency festival of innovative proposals of "from science to practice" among hundreds of the submitted proposals and entered the final judgment and evaluation step of inventions. Reported by general relations of Zar research and industry group, all the submitted proposals were confirmed by the festival's secretariat located in the vice presidency's science and technology. The titles of the submitted proposals in the festival of "from science to practice" of the vice presidency's science and technology which is held annually for " the Government Week" were: wheat germ pasta, pasta with soya flour, pasta with barely flour and the hot water replaced by steam system in producing pre-baked lasagna. It is worth mention that the elected proposals in the festival are exposed to visit for industry experts since September 3^rd (Shahrivar13^th) for 3 days in the festival of "from science to practice" (Mosalaye Tehran). It is necessary to say that inthis festival addition to the internal proposals, 167 proposals and inventions from different countries of the world including America and few European countries are presented. Considering this fact as well as the variety of the submitted proposals to the festival, it is said that this festival is of great importance and position.  The science and technology vice-president yesterday in a press meeting regarding the festival's importance and position said, ' 3124 knowledge-based proposals have been registered in the national festival and fair of "from science to practice", he added. Out of this numbers, 2881 proposals have passed the first acceptance stage, among which 1420 proposals have been selected after numerous judgments and evaluation which will be exhibited in 31 provincial stalls of the fair. Dr. Soltankhah asserted,' among the participated proposals in the national festival of "from science to practice", 35 country's top proposals and 31 provincial top proposals will be introduced and supported by the vice-presidency's science and technology.
