The 3rd annual conference of Iran's flour industry was held in international seminar hall of Olampic hotel in Tehran. Also, Zar Flour could receive the appreciation tablet in the technical section.
Reported by the general relations of Zar research and industry group, the conference was held on November 11th, 2012 (Aban 21st)in the current year in the international seminar hall of Olampic Hotel in Tehran in which over 400 managers and experts of the country's flour making industry had participated. Mahsa Shahbazi, technical chairman of Zar flour factory in Savojbolagh, received the appreciation tablet in the conference in an attempt to promote technical knowledge along with enhancing the quality of the produced products.
According to the report, the deputy minister of industry, mine and trade pointed to the wide-spread sanctions and added, 'while the sanctions are multi-lateral, we bought wheat wherever we intended and we are honored to declare that we have granted the people a unique peace; our people do not have any tension related to bread and flour'.
The director general of the governmental commerce company pointed out that making the subsides purposeful has been the nicest action being performed in the country and he found the subsides of flour successful signs and added,' All believe that the quality of bread and flour has not changed after the plan of making the subsides purposeful; similarly reduction ion read losses confirms the impact of subsides on bread and flour industry. At the end of the ceremony of the conference, engineer Ghobadi – deputy minister of industry, mine and trade as well as director general of Iran's governmental commerce company – along with pointing to the current economic difficulties, appreciated all who have tried for the country's flour industry for their full attendance as well as their great effort in the field of flour production and distribution.
It is necessary to mention that the conference's lateral fair in cooperation with the active companies in the field of milling and dependent industries, addressed the findings also it introduced its own services to those who are involved in the country's flour industry for the first time this year.
