MortezaSoltani became the member of the federation's board of directors.

In a command by Mahmoud Shoja'ee, the chairman of the Islamic republic of Iran's Mountain Climbing federation and the deputy manager of Asia's mountain climbing committee, MortezaSoltani was appointed as the member of the federations' board of directors. In this command, developing the country's physical education organization along with Iran's population growth was pointed out in which MortezaSoltani has been demanded to cooperate so that appropriate approaches regarding this case are provided.

It is necessary to mention that over the last ten years, MortezaSoltani has been one of the pioneers in production and accomplished managers in Iran's industry and entrepreneurship.
