The food immune researchers and intellectuals’ congress was held in Talar-e-Emam (Imam Saloon) in Imam Khomeini Hospital in Tehran under the slogan of “Science Chain Completion with Healthful Food Production”.
The congress was held with the cooperation of training center, consultation, service supply from farm to food in 9 approaches, organizations such as world food immune, medical training ministry, and Iran’s industrial research and standards.
Reported by the general relations of Zar Research and industrial group, Zar research and industrial group could acquire the certificate from the Flour Quality Control in which articles, technical works and panels were assessed by the government’s noted professors in food industry. The presented articles of Zar research and industrial group were, “Function of High Hydrostatic Pressure Technology on Wheat Modern Production” and “Comparison of wheat Quality, Flour and Bread Derived from Organic and Non-organic Cultivation”.
